Wrabyn Boutique

Wrabyn Boutique is a luxury boutique in Annapolis, MD. Wrabyn sought to expand  their lifestyle branding while also refining their online visual identity to reflect the quality and client-focused connection they had already refined in-store. So, I helped. 

New direction:

Beginnings:

My work with Wrabyn began as an audit of their existing brand and visual identity. Though they already had a brand style guide, they needed templates and re-formatting of their signature designs. 

Before I began working with them, both their social media and email presence relied heavily on simplicity, but lacked in formal structure and lifestyle branding.

Wrabyn is on a mission to help women get up every day and get dressed. Looking good and feeling good are synonymous in their book. So, their content needed to better reflect that ideal. They also view the presence of women-owned and ethically produced products as a cornerstone of their curated collection.

 

Drawing inspiration from lifestyle brands like Goop and Rikumo, we established a new direction for Wrabyn's online presence and visual identity. A new emphasis on lifestyle photos, styled outdoor photoshoots, and text-heavy graphics would not only dominate their feeds but also their eCommerce-driven email marketing.

A new social media and newsletter style with templates was then produced after a few rounds of discover meetings and revisions. Though versatile by nature, these new guidelines would help Wrabyn stick to their look with a clean-cut and clearly defined direction including approved layouts, font variations, graphic elements, and seasonal adaptations. This would create consistency in Wrabyn's branding, building trust and recognition with their existing and new clientele. 

Below are some examples of different emails, social content, and what Wrabyn's feed looks like now. Great strides were made in their visual language, with a new, fresh take on women's everyday style that matches what they offer to the world.

IN LOCAL COMPANY:

Weekly content series featuring other small Annapolis businesses.

This ongoing campaign aligns with both Wrabyn's expansion into lifestyle content and a broader community outreach. Produced often in direct collaboration with these outside businesses.

DESIGNER SPOTLIGHT:

Content series featuring the designers and makers that Wrabyn carries in-store.

As a highly curated boutique, Wrabyn wanted to feature where exactly it gets its goods from. Between artisan leathers, ethically produced denim, and bespoke jewelry, the designer spotlight educates Wrabyn's audience in what exactly they are buying into.
